Maureen Reid of Point View Apartments has
won a Reward for the pro-active use of AXSES
technology.
Point View Apartments is already listed under
"Getaway" and "Surfing".
Maureen says: "The impact with the newsletter
was with the specials. I wanted to make the
most of the season if I ever had a space I could
throw in a special.
I wanted to know more about GDS to get as much
out of this season as possible. We don't know
what's happening. I thought let me get as much
exposure as I can."
We used the GDS revenue calculator developed
by Ian Clayton of AXSES to see if it could be
worthwhile for Maureen with only 10 units to

We asked Maureen: "You have now been a

you say this has benefited you?"
Maureen's response: "Greatly. Over the
years I have observed the dedication of the
staff at AXSES to their customers and also their
being alert to keep the site visible and easily
accessible. The result is I have requests for
information and space that I cannot fill on
a daily basis. This instills confidence that
my information is available to interested persons."
I personally visited Point View to see the
new addition to the property: A lovely 2 bedroom,
2 bathroom apartment just about 5 steps from
the pool, and very private. The design is cool,
comfortable and refreshing. The 2 bedrooms are
separated by the living and kitchen area giving
an even greater sense of privacy.
We wish Maureen continued success in her use
of AXSES technology to guide visitors to her
"getaway"
