- Who is RealHolidays?
RealHolidays is a project of AXSES. It is an Expert System and Planning tool for the traveler.
Realholidays is used on several destination travel sites and by independent travel agents who are associated
with the RealHolidays network.
- What does RealHolidays do?
RealHolidays allows you to create a personal profile of the types of holidays experiences and activities
you like. The system then looks through a detailed knowledge based to present you wilth suitable activities.
It then creates your own personal website and electronic brochure with links to the appropriate websites and
to resources. Because it is an expert system you will see activities and suggestions that are not normally
available to the travel trade. Either RealHolidays or your agent will create the custom made holidays packages
based on your personal preferences.
- Is RealHolidays an Agent?
No!. RealHolidays is a service to travelers. Part of this services is to suggest a travel agent who is
close to you or to link you directly to your own agent. If you have your own agent your RealHolidays website will
be a valuable aid in helping them to organise your trip and itinerary. We use Certified Destination specialist where
we can. Agents who list with us are validated on a regular bases and are terminated if there are complaints or if
they do not respond to regular follow up and requirements. We try to insure that you are dealing with the most
professional and most efficient agents at all times.
- How is the Agent Related to RealHolidays?
Agents are Independant travel consultants who have access to all airlines booking systems, resort packages
and tour operators. They are part of the RealHolidays network but are not employees or investors in
RealHolidays. RealHolidays provides services to Agents to insure you get the best value. We make them
aware of destination specials and packages that might suit you and provide information they need to create
your special holoiday.
